Account data: name, work email, and authentication credentials when you register or sign in.

Uploaded data: the files and datasets you upload for analysis, along with the analyses, reports, and conversations you generate.

Billing data: plan, subscription status, and transaction references. Card details are processed by Flutterwave and never touch our servers.

Usage data: log and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to provide the analysis service, authenticate you, process payments and credits, send transactional emails (receipts, trial and cancellation notices), secure the platform, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal information.

Your datasets are processed to produce the analyses you request. AI processing is performed through our AI infrastructure to generate answers and documents on your behalf. We do not use your uploaded data to train models for other customers.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Corgage — cloud hosting and database, payment processing (Flutterwave), transactional email delivery, and AI inference — each bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We retain your account and uploaded data while your account is active so your history and previous analyses remain available. You may delete uploads from your history; when you delete your account, associated data is removed within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level isolation between accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@corgage.com to exercise any of these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
