Terms of Service

Corgage lets you upload data files, run automated analyses, generate charts, reports, predictive models, and presentations, and interact with an AI assistant. Features may evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove features with notice where practical.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company if you register on its behalf.

Paid plans are billed every 30 days at the published Starter, Team, or Business rate through our payment processor, Flutterwave. New customers receive a card-free 3-day trial and must choose and pay for a plan to continue afterward.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a credit allowance (100 Starter, 500 Team, and 1,500 Business credits) that governs usage of AI features. Included credits renew each month and unused credits roll over. Purchased top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used only after monthly plan credits are exhausted.

If a payment fails, we retry automatically and may suspend access until a successful charge restores it. When a subscription ends or expires, access to paid features stops.

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the data and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other accounts, no reverse engineering, no reselling access, and no uploading of data you are not permitted to process. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Analyses, answers, and presentations are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are decision-support tools, not professional advice; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

The Corgage service, brand, and software are our property. Reports and presentations generated from your data are yours to use internally and share as you see fit.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to access the service ends; sections that by nature survive (liability, disclaimers, IP) remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
